ICloud lockdown?

I got a email that says my iCloud is in lockdown because of security. I don’t wanna klick on the bottom to verify. Is this from you or it’s a scam mail?

It's fake -- Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support.
