Requested a refund and they said it was refunded back to my Apple account

I bought some items with apple account balance and they told me it was refunded but I checked and have no balance in my Apple account

How long ago did they do the refund? How long did they say it could take to see it back on your account? Have you tried contacting Apple Support again to ask for more info on where your refund is?

They just sent me an email saying fit was refunded. They did not give me a time on how long it would take.
