How do I get my phone connected. All I get is the iphone logo

My Iphone 7 will not turn on. All the happens is that the white screen is in the background and the black apple in the middle. I have it connected to my computer, I have pushed the buttons requested. Nothing. I can't get into the Apple store until the end of the year. What the ****. Can you call me and maybe I can pick up on my ipad
