iCloud Storage full even we have 200 GB plan

We have Family sharing plan(200 GB) and still my iCloud storage displaying message saying your iCloud storage is full, please advise how to fix it.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.13

Are you certain you were invited (and accepted) to the Family Sharing for iCloud?
