How do I find the Blood Oxygen "app" to get that set up with watch 6?

I can't find it anywhere.

Can't set up Blood Oxygen on Series 7 I'm setting up a new Series 7 watch. When I tap the Blood Oxygen app it says "To set up Blood Oxygen, open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone". When I open the Apple Watch app I don't see Blood Oxygen. If I search for it, I find two items: "Blood Oxygen Measurements" in Privacy, and "Blood Oxygen". When I tap the first, it takes me to Privacy, where there is no mention of blood oxygen. When I tap the second, nothing happens. What am I missing? Thanks in advance.

It's on the watch and in the health app,that's if it's available in your country.
