iCloud not syncing Contacts with my iPhone

I have different versions of Contacts on iPhone, even after editing in iCloud.com Contacts are being synced with my MacBook Pro but not with iPhone. What to do?

Briefly switch Contacts off/on under Settings > Name > iCloud > Contacts.

Did this and rebooted, plus updated recent iOS and it seems to be working.
