Zoom screen stuck on my iPhone X

Zoom screen is stuck on my phone with the message "Zoom audio ending". The hardware buttons are responding individually but by pressing them together I can't get it to shut down and reset. The apps won't open when I click on them so I can't get into the settings.

Are you able to forcibly restart it? I realise the buttons aren't working to shut down, but this is different.
