Who to contact??

i upgraded my phone and opted for the trade in. I was told I would be sent a pack to trade in but I have not received it yet and they have deducted £150 from my account but I have no idea who to call to sort it out

Trading Hey, I have sent my old iPhone in to trade with my new one and I have been told that is has been cancelled and has taken £130 out of my account even though at Royal Mail tracking it has been told that the phone has been delivered. please let me know why apple charges me?

Thanks I had opened that first but thought it was all about help with phone issues rather than trade in.
