How to switch mulitple icloud plans to on family plan

I have 3 different icloud 50gb storage plan for my family. How do I which all 3 to one 200gb family plan?

First setup the Family Sharing -- Set up Family Sharing - Apple Support, then cancel the individuals plans after.
