Lost iCloud Photos

My son got a new iPhone about 10 days ago. In setting it up, somehow all our iCloud photo were deleted. I am guessing he was trying to delete them from his phone but took them off the iCloud as well. I cannot find them in recently removed even though it was less than two weeks ago. Any possibility to recover these photos?

Thank you.

The following has some other things to check: If you're missing photos or videos in the Photos app - Apple Support

Also, it sounds like your son may be using your Apple ID. If so, that is almost always a bad idea. You should consider having him use his own Apple ID for his iPhone. You can still share selected things if desired by using Family Sharing. See information in Family Sharing - Apple and Set up Family Sharing - Apple Support
