Frozen Phone

what do I do if I can't click on any apps and my side buttons aren't working?? My phone only allows me to scroll from each homepage but I can't turn off, restart or use my phone at all. Please help me

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support

But it sounds like you may need to make an appointment at the nearest Apple Store for an evaluation and explanation of your options.
