If I am not in country where I opened Apple ID.so you people cannot reset my Apple ID which I forgot the password

Apple why can’t you reset my Apple ID in another country where I cannot use the number I used for the Apple ID ????

See if you can get an email option. For the Apple ID password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password.
