I have picture but no audio on any apps through my apple tv 4k

What is your audio setup? TV speakers, (AV) receiver, soundbar, etc.

If you setup doesn’t support the default PCM Multichannel audio format, then you may change that to Dolby Digital 5.1 or Stereo.
