i bought my MacBook Pro on 24/9/2020, now i wish to subscribe the 1 year free Apple TV , but it's cannot, now i just can redeem the 7 days free. why??

If you qualify, and if you did as described in the guide, and you still do not get to see the year offer, then contact Apple Support. They can assist in getting you the service, if needed using activation codes.
