Apple Watch

I have an Apple Watch that was connected to an old phone, I don’t have the phone or the Apple ID or password so I don’t know how to unlock my watch and connect it to my new phone.

If you don't have the apple id from your old phone then the watch is of no use to you.

If you forgot your Apple ID
