If you accepted the standard 7 day trial offer, then you will not get the year offer, and you will be charged after a week.

If you are a current or previous subscriber, then you may not get chance to accept a year offer.

If you watch anything else in the Apple TV app that is not part of the Apple TV+ subscription, then you will be charged for that.
