Legitimate e-mail?

I received an e-mail stating, "Apple ID purchase from App Store on a computer or device never associated with that Apple ID." Is this legitimate?

Received message that someone using my apple ID made a purchase from the App store Should I be concerned that I received an email from Apple ID stating that someone using my apple ID made a purchase from the App store? They attached a document showing the receipt of the purchased app, which I DID NOT purchase. The credit card number used to purchase it is not mine, though. In this day and age, I do not even know if this is a legit email or a phishing scam. Please advise and how would I change my apple ID anyways, if I had to?

Unauthorized Purchase Made Under My Apple ID I received an email that there was an unauthorized purchase made under my Apple ID. Is this a trustworthy email that is actually from Apple?
