Legitimate e-mail?

I received an e-mail stating, "Apple ID purchase from App Store on a computer or device never associated with that Apple ID." Is this legitimate?

Unauthorized Purchase Made Under My Apple ID I received an email that there was an unauthorized purchase made under my Apple ID. Is this a trustworthy email that is actually from Apple?
