Replacement from Air to Pro

i purchased Macbook Air but i want to replace it to Macbook Pro. The box is still unopened and in its original state.

macbook Pro was not available at that time, once it is available, can i replace it?

There’s a 14-day return window if you bought from Apple. Other seller’s policies may vary.
