i need to delete my account off my stolen phone

Is there anyway i can report my phone lost or stolen without having my Find my Iphone setup?

Per -- If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen - Apple Support, see the part titled -- "If Find My [device] isn't turned on on your missing device"
