Cannot cancel an app subscription.

I have an active subscription which I cannot cancel. When I click on it in Apple ID - Subscriptions - Edit subscription there is no option to cancel it, only options which are paid. But at the bottom there is a text in grey letters "select an option to resubscribe..." Does that mean it won't charge me when it expires in few days?
