i can’t click on certain things

i am very upset with apple music right now. when i search up a artist name it won’t let me click on it. when i click on it, it does nothing. same goes with profiles. i deleted and reinstalled the app to see if it would change anything but it didn’t. along with that when i deleted and reinstalled the app, my friends who have downloaded my playlist no longer have my playlist downloaded because me uninstalling the app so now they have to redownload my playlist. i’m very mad. i don’t pay all this money every month for this to be happening.
