iPAD IS DISABLED CONNECT TO ITUNES

CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP, I NEED EXACT INSTRUCTION ON WHAT TO DO IF THE IPAD SAYS THIS. I HAVE THE IPAD CONNECTED TO THE LAPTOP AND ON ITUNES BUT NOTHING IS HAPPENING.

You may have to put it into recovery mode. See -> If you forgot the passcode on your iPad, or your iPad is disabled - Apple Support
