I can’t log in on Apple TV

When I enter password on Apple TV for log in, the message says “ unable to sign in” iCloud is not currently available. Try again later.

Can't login on Apple TV (3rd Generation) I had to factory reset my Apple TV (3rd Generation). Now I can't sign into iCloud on it. I get a message saying Unable to sign in - iCloud is not currently available. Try again later. I've tried the suggestion about entering my password followed by the validation code before hitting submit but that doesn't work either. I've even tried resetting my Apple TV again. Why can't I login to iCloud when it was working fine a week ago? Thanks.

Apple TV is not allowing me to sign in. I have one of the first apple TV (model A1469) I had to reset all setting, but now it won't allow me to sign-in iCloud. I have repeatedly tried to sign into iCloud after resetting my Apple TV (model A1460) Apple TV Software (7.9 8163) to it keeps telling me that iCloud is not available. Any suggestions?

It means what it says; the iCloud server wasn’t working, to try again later.

you can try restarting it from settings- system- restart
