Apple does not support down-grading.
I don’t want the APP library on my phone. I always have my APPs arranged.
Your apps will stay arranged as you have them. The App Library is the last screen to the right. I just ignore it.
Since I updated my software I cannot receive or send text messages. Contacted Apple with no results and also my carrier with no results there.
