I have a Gen 1 Apple Pencil and a iPad Pro 9.7 inch. The Apple Pencil will glitch, skip lines, and sometimes becomes unresponsive in third party apps and Notes. I always keep my Apple Pencil charged so I don’t know why it does this.

Ensure that the Pencil tip is firmly tightened.
It is. I always keep it fully charged and I always make sure the tip is secure. I just don’t know if I need a new tip or a new Apple Pencil.
