Electric Buzzing

For the past few weeks my phone has been producing an electric buzzing sound whenever it vibrates. So whenever I get a notification, press the horn button, etc. If I do anything that might require a small vibration my phone produces a ugly electric buzz sound. It is not anything I can change in settings and it’s not the haptic feedback. Sometimes it stops and it vibrates normally but it has progressively getting worse.
