OS Catalina 10.15.7 update

OS Catalina 10.15.7 will not update on my computer. Tells me it has to restart then I say OK and it does and I am right back to needing an update. Did it 10 times.

Try this: Download macOS Catalina 10.15.7 Combo Update.
