why is my apple watch stuck on apple watch basics but on my phone it says my apple watch is connected. my apple watch then does it’s unavailable and needs to retry or restart the watch.

Apple Watch stuck on Apple Watch Basics screen I followed the steps to set up my apple watch with my new iPhone XS Max and it's stuck on the "Apple Watch Basics" screen.
