I would like a silver stainless steel watch but not cellular. Is this possible?
I don't see that listed as an option, cellular only it looks like.

No. Only the aluminum model is available without cellular. Stainless steel and titanium Watch 6 models have cellular capability.
However, you do not need to activate the cellular capability. You can choose to use a cellular capable model as if it were a non-cellular model. If you don't activate a cellular plan, there is no monthly cellular charge.
