Safari tabs are gone.
i backed up my iphone and restored it after i’ve got everything back except my Safari tabs, is there any way i can get them back?? they’re important.

Try opening the Safari app > tap on the "book" icon at the bottom of the screen > tap the "clock" icon at the top of the screen > see your "History" tab.
