Files causing Low Storage

I attempted to download a large file from my icloud however the download had an error occured part way through the download, rendering it unusable. Consequently, a large size of storage space (about 7 Gbs) were occupied under “Other System Data”. I was wondering how I might clear up this cached data, so I can attempt to download the file again. Any suggestions?
