not enough disk space

I am not able to update my Xcode.

There is not enough disk space available to install the product.

I believe there should enough disk space for this app.

How do I check the disk space?

Get message "There is not enough free disk space to install the product." when I try to get Xcode Hey when I try to get Xcode from App Store I get this message "There is not enough free disk space to install the product." As I see it, then I have 16,92 GB free on my disc. I have earlier have this program install, but have remove it to get more space. Now I have clear lot of space and need this program again. Someone who can help me.

If you have the icon of your Disk on the Desktop highlight it and then press Command - i

the info panel will pop up and under General you will see the space Available and the space Used.

There are 30gb free space available.

But I am not able to update Xcode.

additionally unknown 30 GB use space.

System document download everything is fine

what is unknown user space?
