iPhone Storage

Hello. My storage was almost full, and the biggest thing taking up my storage was photos. So, I deleted about 4500 photos and videos, which immensely decreased the photos portion. However, the storage portion “Others” increased by so much taking up about 41-42 GB. The number of GB keep fluctuating and because of this full storage, my phone glitches and my apps don’t work sometimes. I have cleared my Safari history and data and deleted some large attachments from Messages, but there is still no change. Is there anything I can do?
