Videos won’t play on iPhone XS

When I go to play my own videos saved to the camera roll on my iPhone I get a circle like they are buffering then they won’t play at all.

how do I get my videos to work?

Your videos are store in your iCloud and must download to play.

Check your network connections and Wi-Fi.

Videos will only play in edit mode in the photos app I can only play videos I have recorded in the photos app using the edit function. When I press the play button the video will not play. I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max and I am using the most up to dat iOS. Any ideas?

network connection is fine but still not working and tried to download from iCloud 😞
