Everyone is able to update there iPhone to iOS 14 but it doesn’t appear when I click the software update. It claims I have the newest version which is 13.7. How do I fix this?

Ah, then you need to first remove the beta profile before the public release of iOS 14 can appear.

Are any of the following true:

  1. You are running a beta of iOS 13?
  2. Your phone does not have enough free space? Typically it should have at least 5GBs available to update.
  3. You have either or both Low Power Mode or Personal Hotspot enabled?
  4. Your phone is not connected to power and it has less than 50% charge left?
  5. The phone is not connected via Wi-Fi to the Internet. It won't update on a cellular-only connection.
