I keep running out of storage and when I try to manage it, it says that half of it is considered other and I cannot find out how to get rid of it. My phone is so full, but even when I delete mass pictures off my phone and the recently deleted, my storage stays completely full.

You may have to reset the phone to factory settings and restore a backup or start all over again.

I hope you also have backup because you may not be able to backup either.
