I received a call saying my iCloud account has been breached? I am almost sure this is a scam however I would just like to be sure. Any help is appreciated

You're right, it is a scam. Apple doesn't make unsolicited phone calls. If there was a problem you would be notified when attempting to log in, including when logging into this forum. Also see: Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support
While it’s def a scam, anytime is a good time to login to https://appleid.apple.com/ and review/confirm that all of your settings are correct.
Pay particular attention to your 2FA trusted numbers. Delete any “old” ones and make sure you have at least one good “alternate” number in-case you loose your iPhone.
