How to PAUSE (not stop) screen recording with Quicktime player on a MacBook Pro under Mac OS Catalina 10.15.6. The solution found on the web or apple documentation do not seem to work at all.

Yes, pause, think, and continue with the same video (I can do that by stopping restarting a new video and using iMovie, which I want to avoid)
This goes not explain how to PAUSE the recording without stopping it!
