Since the phone has no memory, my photos are uploaded on iCloud. When I back up the phone (using a Mac), are the photos in icloud backed up to the computer?

Hi, no, data already stored in iCloud, like iCloud Photos will not be backed up to the computer.

Your photos are still taking up space on your phone even when you use iCloud photos, so don’t be surprised if you start having problems with storage. You will need to delete content from the phone to free up space.
