headphones

All of a sudden, headphones aren't working at all. When I plug in, the sound comes out of the phone and not the headphones.

Sorry for the late reply as I have solved the issue.

I Phone X. I was able to charge the phone, so the problem is not the phone.

I went and purchased a new set of Apple earbuds, not the air pods.

Thanks so much.

Hey there,

We understand that your headphones aren't working, and we want to help any way possible.

Which iPhone do you have? Just to make sure we're on the same page, can you let us know if you're using Apple EarPods, or another type of headphones?

To help isolate the issue further, can you also let us know if you've been able to try using another pair of headphones with your device? If so, does the issue occur with multiple pairs of headphones?

If your headphones aren't working with your iPhone, the steps and information on the following link may be helpful: If your headphones don't work with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

We hope that helps. Take care!
