Used to be able to use theCommand-I/ Get Info option to edit the information for video items that I added (genre, description, director, titles, etc.) when this was done through iTunes. Now, I cannot do so through the TV app, and it's very frustrating. I need to know how to edit the various fields since Command-I/ Get Info window. Or, is this no longer doable?

It works for me, so I’m uncertain what you and I do different.
Select a video first, then Info would be available.
In grid view, you may also control-click on the More/(…) button that appears when you hover over a tile, or that appears on the right hand side of the single item view, then select Info from the contextual menu.

Ugh. I was trying to do all the editing when I had iPad selected :(
