In Mail's Window Menu, choose Connection Doctor, any red dots for status, if so what is the message?

Then click the Show Details button & Check again.

I am having trouble sending or receiving emails from my PC and iPhone . Aol keeps saying they don't recognize my

email or pw. Its offline and unusable . Can you help mr?
