For some reason my finder sidebar is zoomed very much i don't know if i did it or not.Maybe it accidentally happen.Can someone help me bring it back to normal.I have attached a pic of how it looks right now.Once again I am talking about the section on the left i.e downloads, applications, desktop etc.

When you say zoomed, do you mean its icons are larger than you expect or the text or both?
i mean the icons and the text at the left side .it is bigger than past times and is not suiting my eyes
nope they were smaller yesterday (the day before ).
resolution is already at max and there is nothing for the sidebar in accessibilty
Apple menu -> System Preferences -> Displays. Adjust the resolution for the display. The higher the resolution, the smaller the effective icons and text.
Accessibility System Preferences lets you magnify portions of you need magnification to happen.
How far back do you mean by "past times"? They are the same size as Mojave & High Sierra.
