Macbook 15,1 2019 slow, slow, slow

I have a 2019 MacBook Pro 15,1 and recently the wifi reception has degraded to the point that my download speed is frequently less than 2 mbps. It's not a problem with the router - other devices are fine. Anyone else having the problem? Any solutions? Was wondering if a recent update could be the culprit.

My Macbook Air's connection shows only around 20 mbps when other devices are at 800. Router is definitely 3 feet away. It frequently shows "No Internet" when the wifi is working fine. I'd say that your safest bet would be to contact apple, maybe even book an appointment at your nearest Apple location to try and get your computer checked out. Sounds like a hardware issue.
