Problem with iOS update

As I'm speaking this right now, iOS 14 and iPadOS 14 is available. Go to Settings > General > Software Update > Download and Install. You may experience delays due to increasing traffic.

Pretty sure iOS 14 is not release til tomorrow (Sept 16).. along with WatchOS 7 iPad OS 14 etc. I think it may be PST due to their headquarters being in Cupertino? Not sure

I'm having the exact problem. I have an iPhone X and the update won't show up. Already September 16th here in Portugal.
