I cannot update my Operating System to macOS Catalina 10.15.6

After clearing my hard drive to make space for the OS update to Catalina 10.15.6, after restarting it, it would not install.

Please advise

Unable to install MACOS Catalina 10.15.4on my Macbook Air I have 18.22 GB available and the update requires 4.75 GB storage. I start the update and it looks fine and requests a restart. After the restart there is still a message to install the update. I have done this three times. Any suggestions?
