I forgot the passcode and I can't restore my old iPhone.

I forgot the passcode to my old iPhone. Want to use it again. I tried to follow the steps on apple website to restore my old iPhone 6 via my iTunes. But it didn't work.

It is not my iPhone 8. It is an iphone6, my older phone..

iPhone 8, iOS 13
