Hi, I was wondering, I ordered a new IPhone and was planning on trading in my old IPhone.
I received a notice explaining that a package will arrive that will deal with the trade in things but only received the Iphone itself and not the package.
Has anyone else dealt with this problem?

The trade in package usually ships by a slower shipment method that the iPhone. I recently traded a Mac and the package arrived around 5 days later than the new Mac. The time will depend on your location.
