I don't have any connection with the original owner of my phone,how can I activate it without his/her Apple ID?

how can I activate may Ipod touch without the Apple ID of the privious owner?

please help me, I don't know what to do.

Recycle it.

Activation Lock is a theft deterrent, and it would not be a deterrent if there was a readily-avia;ble bypass. You need that Apple ID and password (or released remotely by the previous owner, via iCloud), or you need the original purchase receipt and matching photo ID and a discussion with Apple, or some legal paperwork if the previous owner is deceased.
